Pepper Mild, Big Jim Numex

Giant chili pepper introduced in the 1970's by New Mexico State University. Peppers can measure 10-12" and mature from green to red. Can be used at any stage. Mildly spicy flavor make this pepper good for chiles rellenos, fresh, in salsa, a dried ristra or just about anything you can think of.
