It looks like a cross between a Red Peter pepper & a Cayenne. The Red Bottle Rocket is a new cross that was developed at Innovation Acre. It has a medium heat level, 10-20K, and thin skin. The flavor of the pepper is slightly sweet and bright with a surprising kick that is not overbearing.
