46 days. This excellent variety was developed at Cornell University. Forms a small open but tightly bunched 6” rosette that is fan shaped. It has a small compact heart that blanches to a creamy yellow color. Taste is crisp and sweet. Slow to bolt and slow to turn bitter. Space plants 10” apart.
