60 days. Curly leaved plants grow up to 2-3 feet. Harvest from the plant throughout the season being sure not to harvest more than half the plant at a time. Delicious either steamed, sautéed in olive oil with garlic, or thrown into soup. Very cold tolerant. Can harvest well into winter. The flavor actually improves after a frost becoming very sweet and tender. High in calcium and vitamin C.
