Ginger Common (Zingiber Officinale)
A tropical plant that loves heat, humidity and rich moist soil. Can be grown as a houseplant or outdoors in the summer. The rhizomes (root) is what is used in cooking. Filtered sunlight. Harvest as needed and save part to replant and regrow.
